Mammoth Real Estate Week-in-Review

It has been a bit of a crazy week with lots of great condo listings coming on the market.  Canyon and Eagle Lodges closed after the annual Pond Skim on April 15th and owners who had been thinking about selling took the opportunity to get on the market.  There are thirteen new condo listings so far this month.

Not yet listed… There is a duplex coming on the market soon.  It is on a cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood between The Village and Canyon. The lower unit is 2+1 and rents for $2000/mo. The upper unit is 2+loft + 2 baths and rents for $2500/mo. Both units have laundry rooms. There is a large two car garage. It could be converted back to a single family residence.  It will be going on the market around $769,000.  This price could change.

Not yet listed… 2+loft with 3 baths on the top floor of 1849. Additional sleeping area in the sunroom. Gorgeous views of Lincoln Mountain. Likely to be listed around $759,000.  This price could change.  Attached photo is the view from the unit towards Lincoln Mountain and Canyon Lodge.
