The Villas at Obsidian – New Construction on Sierra Star Golf Course

For those owners who are interested in income the nightly rental potential for these luxury townhomes is fantastic.  Mammoth Hospitality Management (MHM) has made some projections based on similar projects.  They estimate that these units could gross between $127,000 and $184,000 per year. Floor Plans

There are 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans available.  Both floor plans are approximately 2988 sqft. The difference in the floor plans is only on the top floor where the 3 bedroom unit has 2 bedrooms and the 4 bedroom unit has 3 bedrooms.  Click here to download the floor plans.
