The Villas at Obsidian – New Construction on Sierra Star Golf Course

For those owners who are interested in income the nightly rental potential for these luxury townhomes is fantastic.  Mammoth Hospitality Management (MHM) has made some projections based on similar projects.  They estimate that these units could gross between $127,000 and $184,000 per year. Floor Plans
